ICS is a Denver based management consulting firm that specializes in helping clients achieve their vision by delivering technology and business integration solutions. ICS was founded in 1997, by Gary Billingsley, and has provided consulting services to over 15 Fortune 1000 companies.
Prior to founding ICS, Gary spent 12 years managing large, complex system integration programs for Andersen Consulting and Price Waterhouse. The majority of the ICS resources are former Big 5 consultants with 10 plus years of experience. ICS prices its services aggressively at approximately half of what is typically charged by large software/consulting firms.
